Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Agent Supervisor for the night shift to join our dynamic team. This role involves managing a team of agents, ensuring smooth operations during the night shift, and addressing client-related concerns in a timely and efficient manner.

Requirements:

Strong communication and management skills.
Bachelor's degree or higher.
2 to 3 years of experience in team management.
Proven ability to handle conflicts and resolve issues effectively.
Ability to work independently and make decisions under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary contact point for all agents.
Handle first-line queries and provide support to agents as needed.
Oversee contract management, ensuring compliance with company policies.
Facilitate effective communication between agents, management, and clients.
Address and resolve any client-related concerns raised by agents in a timely manner.
Handle paperwork and ensure accurate record-keeping.
Monitor agent performance, provide feedback, and implement improvement strategies.
Maintain a positive and productive work environment during the night shift.
